2. Services
Briva Pools provides residential and commercial pool and spa services, including pool cleaning and maintenance, pool repair, and spa/hot tub cleaning and repair services. Service details, scope, and pricing are outlined in individual quotes provided to each customer.
3. Quotes and Payment
All services are based on a written quote approved by the customer. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes. Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Briva Pools reserves the right to require a deposit before work begins.
4. Cancellations and Scheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us directly. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.
5. SMS and Text Message Communications
By providing your phone number to Briva Pools, you consent to receive text messages from us. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, quotes, follow-ups, and other communications related to your account or services.

Briva Pools is not liable for damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including weather, pre-existing equipment conditions, or customer-provided inaccurate information. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided under your service agreement.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Idaho.
